Stuart, Mo and the team did such a great job converting our double garage into a self contained studio with kitchenette and bathroom. It's such a nice space to work in and the professional songwriters and artists we've had in so far have all commented on what a nice environment it is to create in, as opposed to many of the small, cramped and dark rooms they are used to. Everyone who worked on the construction was friendly and very professional, and Stuart was always very responsive and easy to communicate with whenever we needed to get hold of him. Couldn't recommend highly enough!!

We struck gold when we chose Kieran and the team at Prestige to carry out our building work - a side and rear extension and internal remodelling. Today was both happy and sad for us both as Stuart visited for the final time to check our dream annexe had been completed and everything was exactly as we wanted it. From first til last Stuart and his merry men (Mo, Ian and Adam deserve major shout outs) have been outstanding. They have listened to what we wanted and shown great attention to detail in completing their roles and the overall job to a very high standard. The end product is fantastic and we are very happy. Every problem faced (and often created by us) the team have solved with ease - they seem to enjoy the challenge - and at all points along the way Stuart (the conductor of the orchestra) has communicated carefully and effectively what would be happening on a daily basis. There have been no surprises other than the end product which simply takes your breath away. We selected Prestige for your Home for our loft conversion. From the initial discussions through to the finished result, we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. The finished work is better than we could have hoped for, and I don’t say this lightly, the result has transformed our living space. Stuart, Kieran and the whole team have been fantastic throughout. When issues arose (which they always do on any large scale building work), the difference between an exceptional partner and others is how those issues are responded too. Nothing has been too much trouble. We were kept informed every step of the way. All extras and little flourishes were factored in and discussed, meaning there were no unexpected surprises. The quote we were given was the price we paid. We’ve ended up with a new fantastic showpiece addition to our home. The whole team were a pleasure to have in our home. I can not recommend this company highly enough. They have just completed a rear extension, new fitted kitchen and various other alterations to the downstairs of our property. This year we’ve been lucky enough that prestige have carried out a couple of projects for us. In January Stuart and his team worked on converting our garage into a dance studio and Gym - The conversion has been truly life changing for us as it has meant that both my husband and I can now teach from home. In the early part of the summer Kieran and his team carried out a full refurbishment of our garden giving us a much-needed relaxing space to enjoy open till then we had not really used the garden at all. I’m sure my husband will agree when I say that we have found everybody that works for prestige to be more than just professional, they are incredibly talented team. With both projects the team leaders and those working with them were able to deliver our vision to a higher and better standard than we expected. I have no reservation at all in recommending prestige am I truly hope that we will be working with them again in future projects with in our home.
